African Chicken Yassa

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pound boneless chicken, cut into pieces
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 onions
1 cup chilies
black pepper
rice


Cooking:

1. Combine lemon juice, onions, chilies, and black pepper to make the  marinade for the chicken. Place chicken in a single layer in a baking dish and cover with the marinade. Set it aside.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and grill until brown. Simmer the grilled chicken in the marinade for about 15 minutes.
3. Serve the yassa over steamed rice, topping with the cooked marinade.
