Bahian Fish Stew - Brazilian Recipe

Ingredients:

    3 Sprigs Cilantro
    1 Tomato
    1 Bell Pepper
    1 Onion
    2 Pounds Fish Fillet
    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
    2 Tablespoons Dende Oil
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    Salt And Pepper

Cooking:

1. Chop cilantro, tomato, pepper and onion in food processor until they form a coarse paste.
2. Place mixture in a large skillet and heat over low heat. Add salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add fish and cook for 8 minutes and add the remaining ingredients, stir and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Serve with rice.
