Black-eyed Pea Soup

Ingredients:

16 oz can black eye peas, washed and drained
10 oz can of rotel
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup water
1 large onion, chopped
16 oz spinach
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
black pepper
oregano
parsley

Cooking:

1. Put onions into 1/2 cup of water and sauté on high heat for about 15 minutes.
2. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
