Ingredients :
500 g small shrimps
1/2 cup Chick pea flour
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon Oil for deep frying
Cooking:
1. Shell, de-vein and clean the shrimps.
2. Mix the ingredients together to form a dipping batter.
3. Stir in the shrimps, then put small spoonfuls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp.
4. Fry only a few spoonfuls at a time and prevent them from sticking to each other.
5. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
