Burmese Veggies with Hot Peppers

Ingredients :

3 tbl vegetable broth
1 1/2 cup Red bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup    Green bell peppers, sliced
1 1/2bcup Snow peas
1 1/2 cup Bok choy, sliced
2 tbl    Baby leeks, baby, sliced
1 cup    Carrots, thinly sliced
1 Garlic clove, sliced
1/8 tsp    Fresh red chilies, chopped
4 tsp Tamari


Cooking:

1. In a large saucepan or wok, heat the oil over high heat until very hot.
2. Toss in the vegetables and seasonings and stir-fry for 2 minutes, stirring until the vegetables are cooked but crunchy.
3. Remove from the heat and serve with brown rice.
