Indian Potato Croutons

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
oil for deep frying
salt and pepper to taste


Cooking:
Boil the potatoes.
Drain, peel and cut into small cubes
while hot.
Deep fry in oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Ready to serve hot.
