Kale and Bean Soup

   Ingredients:
  1.     1 tablespoon olive oil
  2.     6-8 minced garlic cloves
  3.     1 chopped onion
  4.     4 cups of chopped kale
  5.     4 cups of chicken broth
  6.     2 cans of white beans
  7.     1 can of tomatoes
  8.     1 teaspoon dried thyme
  9.     1 teaspoon rosemary
  10.     salt and pepper
  11.     1 cup of chopped parsley
Cooking:
  1.       Heat the olive oil in a pot and add garlic and onion, sauté until soft.
  2.       Add kale and sauté until wilted.
  3.       Add the broth, beans, tomatoes, herbs, and salt and pepper.
  4.       Let it simmer 20-25 minutes.
  5.       Serve it in bowls and add parsley on the top.
