Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 cup half and half (alternate:
use whole milk)
2 cups whole milk
1.5 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 tablespoon unsalted
cashews
Optional
2 tablespoon cashews
½ teapoon Elachi
powder
½ teapoon Saffron
| 1 | Cook rice with whole milk. |
| 2 | Add half and half, sugar, cashews and spices |
| 3 | Boil for a few more minutes. |
| 4 | Serve hot. |
