Ingredients:
| 1 | Boil potatoes until half done. Cool it. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. |
| 2 | Heat oil in medium heat.Carefully sauté onions until light brown. Add all spices and salt. |
| 3 | Add beans, bamboo shoots, potatoes. Sauté for few more minutes in low-medium heat. Add tomatoes. |
| 4 | Put water and start boiling.Simmer for 15 minutes under low heat or more until potatoes and beans are tender. |
