200 g Fresh button mushroomsPreparation:
Slice steak into thin strips about 2 in long. Separate cauliflower into flowerets then divide into two.
Drain liquid from mushrooms, measure 125 ml and mix with cornstarch. 1 tablespoon Nuoc Cham sauce, and oyster sauce.
Peel and finely chop garlic. Cut onion lengthwise into eighths.
Pour 1 tablesp0on Nuoc Cham sauce over sliced meat and grind pepper over it. Turn and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add garlic and onion, and stir-fry until onion separates and softens.
Add cauliflower and mushrooms. Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 4 minutes.
Add meat and cook until meat is cooked to your liking. Stir in liquid mixture.
Continue stirring till sauce thickens.
Serve on platter. Garnish with coriander leaves.
