Ingredients : Serves 3-4
300 g Young asparagusPreparation:
Cut the asparagus into small sections. Slice the garlic.
Put the beef slices in a bowl and beat in half an egg. Mix in Seasoning A and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Warm 1 cup of oil in a pan and scald the beef until 70% cooked. Remove the drain.
Leave 2 teaspoons oil in the pan and stir fry the garlic slices, followed by the asparagus and Seasoning B. After they are cooked, add the beef slices and stir fry evenly.
Serve hot with rice.
