Vietnamese Beef Slices with Asparagus

Ingredients : Serves 3-4

300 g Young asparagus
3 cloves Garlic
150 g Beef slices
1 Egg
   
Seasoning A  
1 teaspoon each Dark soy sauce, rice wine
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
   
Seasoning B  
1 teaspoon Chicken seasoning powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce

Preparation:

  • Cut the asparagus into small sections. Slice the garlic.

  • Put the beef slices in a bowl and beat in half an egg. Mix in Seasoning A and marinate for about 15 minutes.

  • Warm 1 cup of oil in a pan and scald the beef until 70% cooked. Remove the drain.

  • Leave 2 teaspoons oil in the pan and stir fry the garlic slices, followed by the asparagus and Seasoning B. After they are cooked, add the beef slices and stir fry evenly.

  • Serve hot with rice.
