Ingredients : Serves 3-4
200 g BeefPreparation:
Cut the beef into strips, marinate with Seasoning A for 30 minutes. Cut the onions into thick shreds.
Cut the carrot into strips. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir fry the beef strips until cooked. Remove and add the onion shreds, carrots and broccoli, stir fry until they soften.
Add the cooked beef strips and Seasoning B, stir for a while.
Serve hot with rice.
