Ingredients : Serves 4
2 stalks Lemon grass, bulbous portions only, thinly sliced then mincedPreparation:
Combine lemon grass, garlic, chilies, fish sauce, sugar and ground turmeric.
Coat fish with mixture and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat cooking oil and deep fry fish on one side until golden brown before turning over to cook the other side.
Remove and drain well. Serve with steamed rice and a dipping sauce of fish sauce and chopped chili.
