Ingredients : Serves 5-6
2 stalks Lemon grass, thinly slicedPreparation:
Pound the lemon grass, shallots, chili, garlic and oil until fine. Add the salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, honey, sugar, sesame oil and pepper to the lemon grass mixture, stirring well to combine.
Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl with the paste and marinate for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, start the barbecue fire. Soak the bamboo skewers.
When ready to eat, thread the chicken cubes on the skewers and grill over medium hot coals until done, about 4 minutes on each side.
Remove from the fire and serve.
