Ingredients : Serves 4
30 pieces Fresh ladies' fingers (okra), washed and drainedPreparation:
To make the dressing, place all ingredients, except the sesame oil, in a small bowl.
Slowly dribble in the sesame oil while beating continuously with a whisk or a fork until the dressing is well blended.
Bring a large pot of water to a full boil, then add the ladies' fingers.
Return to the boil, cover and lower heat to medium, and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, until the ladies' fingers become shiny dark green.
Remove form water and drain well in a colander.
Arrange the cooked ladies' fingers on a serving platter, then slowly pour the dressing evenly over them, add garnish if desired, adn serve.
