Ingredients : Serves 6
1 Medium onion, cut into 12 piecesPreparation:
In a bowl, mix scallops, shrimps, fish, onion and pepper with wine, dill, basil, lime juice or vinegar, salt and pepper.
Leave to marinate in a cool place for at least 2-3 hours.
Meanwhile, soak 6 bamboo skewers in hot water for 25-30 minutes and prepare barbecue or preheat grill. Thread seafood and vegetables alternately on to skewers so that each skewer has 2 pieces of each ingredient.
Brush each skewer with a little oil and cook on barbecue or under the hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently.
Serve hot with fish sauce as a dip.
