Vietnamese Shredded Pork with Sweet Bean Sauce

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

1 Egg
500 g Shredded pork
100 g Spring onion
   
Seasoning A  
2 teaspoons Dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon Rice wine
1 teaspoon Sugar
   
Seasoning B  
1 tablespoon Sweet bean paste

Preparation:

  • Beat the eggs, add in the shredded pork and Seasoning A.

  • Marinate for about 10 minutes.

  • Rinse and shred the spring onions, arrange them in a plate.

  • Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and fry the marinated pork shreds for a while. Remove and drain.

  • Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, stir in Seasoning B and stir fry the pork shreds.

  • Serve on the plate of spring onion shreds.
