Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Beat the eggs, add in the shredded pork and Seasoning A.
Marinate for about 10 minutes.
Rinse and shred the spring onions, arrange them in a plate.
Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and fry the marinated pork shreds for a while. Remove and drain.
Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, stir in Seasoning B and stir fry the pork shreds.
Serve on the plate of spring onion shreds.
