Vietnamese Shrimp Balls Soup

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

175 g Shrimps, minced
1 Small hard-boiled egg, finely minced
1 Small onion, finely minced
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon each Salt and pepper, or to taste

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Shape into small balls using your hands.

  • Drop into the simmering broth to cook.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve hot.
