Ingredients : Serves 4
1/2 cup Vegetable oil, for deep fryingPreparation:
Heat about 7 cm of oil in a small saucepan.
When it is good and hop, pop 1 uncooked piece from the box into the oil.
It should almost immediately blossom into a prawn cracker 2-3 times its original size.
Remove it immediately with a slotted spoon or bamboo sieve to drain on kitchen paper.
If you are not careful, it will burn. Add the remaining crackers, a few at a time, until they are all cooked.
