Vietnamese Vietnamese Clear Bean Curd Soup

Ingredients : Serves 2 - 3

1 tablespoon Chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves
1/2 cup Chopped cooked chicken
2 squares Fresh bean curd
2 cups Chicken stock

Preparation:

  • Chill stock and remove fat from surface.

  • Bring stock to boil.

  • Add bean curd and chicken.

  • Heat through.

  • Sprinkle with coriander leaves

  • Serve immediately while soup is still hot.
